Borders Bootcamp was first started in the early part of 2009 by Louise Peart and Jude McVay.
With a strong passion for health, fitness and wellbeing, and a mutual desire to help others achieve the best of themselves, Borders Bootcamp offered 4 day residential retreats, fitness days, personal training sessions and weekly 1 hour bootcamp sessions and pilates classes in local towns.
Over the past 4 years, Borders Bootcamp has seen hundreds of people pass through their doors; all of them leaving with a fresh passion for fuelling their body correctly through proper nutrition, challenging their body through fitness, and having the confidence in themselves to believe anything is possible!
In July 2013, Louise emigrated to Australia and since then, Borders Bootcamp has focused on delivering top class fitness classes and personal training sessions.
With a wealth of knowlegde in fitness and nutrition, Borders Bootcamp will help you achieve YOUR goals, at your pace......and with some fun along the way aswell!!
