At Borders Boot Camp we pride ourselves in our extensive knowledge and expertise in health, fitness and weightloss. We have proven that we can achieve your weightloss and fitness goals without the shouting and swearing of military camps! You'll be taking part in a huge variety of exercises from traditional boot camp style to yoga!
We offer 3, 4 and 5 day luxury weight loss retreats, where you follow a strict and varied programme, but with that comes dramatic results. The aim is rapid weight loss and inches of toning! We also run boot camp days through out the year which are a great way to sample boot camp life and boot camp sessions.
By coming along and joining us you’ll embark on a journey of a lifetime. The results are phenomenal too; pounds of weightloss, increased fitness and energy levels, radiant skin and the knowledge and motivation to carry it on.
You’ll take part in an incredibly varied timetable from dawn to dusk with fun and laughter along the way. Just a handful of the activities are:
