Louise Peart
Director and Co Founder of Borders Boot Camp
Fitness and Personal Training Instructor
Louise has 14 years experience working in the fitness industry including a two-year period at Stobo Castle Health Spa - one of Britain's most exclusive Health Spa's. Her experience, qualifications and expertise are extensive. Alongside this Louise also had a career in a managerial role within the airline and customer service industry - she knows how to get the best from people. Louise will be there throughout the week to motivate, assist, teach and drive you through the course. After having 2 children and putting on 4 stones (and has the photo's to prove it!), she has been through the Boot Camp experience and knows the difficulties that come with getting out of that rut. Borders Boot Camp lies close to her heart as do your goals.

Jude McVay

Fitness and Personal Training Instructor
After graduating from the University of Abertay Dundee with a BSc (Hons) degree in Health and Sports Studies, Jude then moved onto work at Stobo Castle Health Spa for 5 years as a Fitness Instructor and finally Fitness Manager, where she has gained vast amounts of experience, knowledge and insight in how to really motivate people to achieve their ultimate goals and really enjoy exercise! Jude now works as a personal trainer, sports massage therapist and swim coach. The personal training sessions offer a unique 1-1 experience where clients can get fit, have fun and learn about nutrition along the way. Jude will ensure that you achieve your own personal goals, whilst having fun and rediscovering yourself!

Nutritionist
Emma who is scientifically and clinically trained has a wealth of experience applying nutrition therapy in practice. Founder of Edinburgh Nutrition, she provides the highest standard of care. Emma is Borders boot camp's in house nutritionist, giving advice on healthy diet, nutrition for weight loss and how what you eat can have a profound effect on many ailments/conditions.

Callum Watt
Fitness and Personal Training Instructor
Callum is a highly motivated and enthusiastic personal trainer and fitness coach. Callum has years of experience working as a fitness and diet coach and a background in people management in the Financial Services sector as an operations manager. He has a great enthusiasm for training outdoors!

Lee Abrahams
Borders Boot Camp's Activity Instructor
Lee runs his own corporate outward bounds and team building company. Lee attends most camps and will put you through a session full of activities working you physically, mentally and as a team. They are great fun and a highlight to many who attend boot camp!

R.I.P Belle - Walking Group Leader
Our trusty old boot camp dog passed away in July 2010. Belle led the way on some of our hikes and kept a close eye that you were right behind her. She gave a boost when she felt people were tired by wagging her tail and face that says "come on! keep up!"

Fynn - Walking Group Herder
Fynn is the new boy in the camp, and at only 15 months he's got boundless energy to keep you entertained!
