At the beginning and end of each camp we record: weight, body fat %, hydration levels, BMR, visceral fat scoring (fat surrounding your internal organs), metabolic age (how old your body thinks you are!), blood pressure and hip/waist/chest measurements. Each camp we see dramatic improvements with all tests taken.
Also at the start and end of each camp you will go through a fitness test, testing cardiovascular fitness, endurance and strength. You will be amazed at the difference in your results at the end of the camp!
Your goals are our goals and we get as excited as you when you step on those scales!!!
Remember your weight loss is fat loss, not muscle wastage and that's what makes coming on a boot camp a healthy start to a new you!!!
